When it comes to protecting the interests of my Clients, I am always fully committed and act in a responsible manner. I approach each case individually which means that I can act both cautiously and unconventionally. I build relations based on mutual trust and always endeavour to safely and smoothly guide my Clients through the most difficult of court proceedings.
professional practice
I regularly work with Kancelaria Kaczmarek&Kurowski s.c. I act pro bono in cases involving the defence of human rights and the rule of law. In 10 years of professional practice, I have completed 500 trials.
education
I am a member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw. I served my legal training under the supervision of Advocate Professor Piotr Kruszyński. I graduated in Law from the University of Warsaw and the Academy of Companies at the Warsaw School of Economics. I am also a graduate of Cultural Studies at the Institute of Polish Culture at the University of Warsaw.
The topic of my Master's thesis was the guiding principles of criminal law, including the principle of the presumption of innocence (under the supervision of Professor Marcin Matczak). I wrote my thesis at the Academy of Companies at the Warsaw School of Economics on the subject of mergers of commercial companies.
