I specialise in criminal and commercial criminal law. I manage legal crises, but above all, I prevent them from happening. I represent Clients in administrative, civil and family legal proceedings.

As a defence attorney, I represent my Clients from the moment of detention and search through the remand period and proceedings before the public prosecutor and the courts of all instances, up and including the Supreme Court. I also represent Clients as a defence attorney in cases involving commercial offences, fiscal offences and in enforcement proceedings.

murder cases – my efforts resulted in the Supreme Court overturning a conviction in an attempted murder case

betting law cases – I have won a number of cases involving slot machines gaming

organised crime cases – I participated in lengthy trials of defendants charged with drug trafficking

I offer comprehensive legal services for businesses, entrepreneurs and corporations. I provide legal protection of Clients' interests and protect against legal risks. I participate in negotiations, and legally supervise the implementation of business decisions.

cases concerning members of the management board and shareholders - I act in cases concerning the liability of members of the management board for acts to the detriment of the company and for obligations of the company

disputes between the company and board members, shareholders - I represented shareholders in a dispute with other shareholders in a large construction company

comprehensive services for companies, including international entities - I represented a major Chinese clothing manufacturer in a dispute with a counterparty

incorporation, transformation, restructuring, liquidation of companies - I represented a Client in a bankruptcy petition case

unfair competition and counterparties - I represented a Client in a breach of business confidentiality case

administrative cases

I represent Clients in disputes with public administration authorities. As part of my legal services, I participate in the entire investment and construction process.

zoning and real estate cases - I participated in cases involving complaints against local zoning plans and filed complaints with the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg

developer and construction cases – I conducted the entire project investment process ended with the issuance of a building permit

nature and environmental cases - I took part in a case against the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection

tax proceedings - I conducted a case concerning the verification of tax settlements before the Supreme Administrative Court

approvals and permits for licensed business - I represented Clients in cases against the President of the Office of Electronic Communications, against the Director of the Fiscal Administration Chamber

As part of my services, I conduct proceedings concerning non-payment, non-performance of a contract, compensation, damages, violation of moral rights. I represent Clients in inheritance and enforcement cases.

cases concerning payment and establishment of a right or legal relationship - I conduct proceedings relating to, inter alia, declaration of invalidity of a contract, withdrawal from a contract, contractual penalties, determination of the content of the land and mortgage register

compensation and damages cases - I conduct proceedings involving damage suffered in road traffic accidents, medical malpractice, etc.

infringement of moral rights - I took part in litigation regarding infringement of moral rights of public persons

pension and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) cases - numerous successes in pension rights determination cases, including cases involving employees of the Communist-era law enforcement agencies

inheritance, reserved share, division of assets cases - I successfully accomplished the annulment of a contract on the sale of real estate by afamily member

family law cases

I handle divorce cases, including child contact arrangements. I take a firm approach to the welfare of my Clients. At the same time, due to the emotional nature of the cases, I endeavour to minimise the stress caused by the legal process by taking an empathetic and professional approach.
